ABOUT ME

Jermaine Bolton is blessed with a strong, innate musical ability, which he discovered very early in life. He started singing at about the age of six. He performed occasionally in church and at age of ten, he became a worship leader and also a member of an all- boys band called Junior Boys –later re-named The Battalion. Extensively for ten years with the Battalion, Jermaine toured his homeland Jamaica and also Grand Cayman. He was lead vocalist for two tracks, “Places” and “Look for Me” on the group’s only CD. He later produced his own self-named EP which quickly gained international recognition. Jermaine has shared the stage with Kirk Franklyn, Tye Tribbet, Casting Crowns, Lecrae, and others.
Jermaine has been a  licensed Minister of Religion for the past twelve years. He served the role of acting pastor for one year then youth pastor for seven years with the Assemblies of God. He currently serves on the pastoral staff at Love and Fellowship Christian Center based in New York.
In addition to serving as youth pastor/programs coordinator for a number of years, Jermaine started various community initiatives geared to maximize youth development and character development, this includes coordinating a 25 Schools Character enhancement project when he lived in Jamaica. He developed a curriculum and lectured the subject of youth as well as other disciplines at one of his alma mater colleges. He currently works at Iona College, New Rochelle New York where is the academic coordinator for the Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP), a pre-collegiate program which prepares students for higher education and careers in scientific, technology and other licensure related fields.
Before migrating to the United States, Jermaine Bolton founded Vibrant Communications and Productions (VCP); an education, entertainment and production company, geared to advance family life, culture, community and civic pride. Through VCP, he started number of initiatives such as “Rising the Bar Leadership Workshop Series and “Sound of the Drums,” a premier black history month event among others.
Jermaine completed a diploma in Bible and Theology at the Assemblies of God Bible College in Jamaica. He later studied at the Caribbean School of Theology earning a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in theology. He is currently enrolled at Nyack College, Manhattan Campus, where he started his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
One of Jermaine Bolton’s philosophical quotes and life mantra is; “When one knows the heart of God, he knows when he’s moving in the line of destiny.”
